Linedata is looking for a dynamic Product Support Specialist to join our team in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Head of Support, Asia, this role offers an exciting opportunity to support Linedata's cutting-edge Front-to-Back office platform for institutional and alternative asset management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level technical support to clients, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues independently.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, development, and business analysts, to tackle complex problems.
• Deliver training and consultancy to clients, helping them maximize the use of Linedata's solutions.
• Assist in the implementation and testing of new system modules or fixes.
• Communicate professionally with clients, including Portfolio Managers, Fund Accountants, Traders, and Compliance Officers.
• Mentor and support new employees during onboarding and guide them through challenging situations.
