Project Executive (Content Writer / Social Media Copywriter)

We are looking for a proactive project executive to support social media campaigns, creative content development, and client servicing.

In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Creative and Project Manager to manage client projects, develop social media content, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate should have strong creative thinking, good communication skills, and an interest in exploring new AI tools and technologies to enhance creative output and improve workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities
• Assist the Head of Creative & Project Manager in formulating social media strategies and campaign proposals.
• Manage 8–12 social media pages and handle copywriting for marketing materials across social media and other media formats.
• Liaise with internal teams (including sales) and external stakeholders, respond to client feedback and requests, and ensure regular updates on project and campaign progress.
• Coordinate production processes including video production, OOH advertising, and printed materials with designers, animators, and external partners.
• Explore and utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative development, improve efficiency, and stay ahead of marketing trends.

Requirements / Qualifications
• Cantonese speaking and familiar with local culture and social media trends.
• Tertiary education in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related disciplines.
• 0–1+ year of experience in digital marketing or advertising, preferably in content marketing or social media marketing.
• Proficiency in creative writing in both Chinese and English.
• Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, self‑motivated with a can‑do attitude.
• Creative thinker with curiosity to explore new AI tools and technologies to improve work efficiency, content writing and innovation.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
