We are award-winning healthcare and personal care brands with excellent sales performance in major local and cross-border retail channels. We are now looking for suitable candidates to join our expanding business.
Job Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate sales activities of the eCommerce retail marketplace according to the Company's sales and marketing direction
• Plan & implement sales tactics, and control trade spending to maximize sales performance (GMV)
• Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of eCom sales result to enhance product listings, marketing campaigns, and conversion rates do sales
• Build and maintain good relationships with the key eCom account
• Work closely with Marketing Team to implement trade activities and sales plans
• Perform ad hoc tasks when required.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree of any related discipline
• Around 6 years eCom experience in consumer goods
• Candidates with less experience (or lower education profile) with proven eCom knowledge are also welcomed
• Good business sense, analytical skill and result-oriented
• Able to work independently and a good team player
• Good communication skills in written & spoken Chinese, English & Mandarin
• Good interpersonal skill
