UIUX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to support the creation of user-centered experiences across our digital products. You will assist in designing intuitive flows, contributing to a cohesive design system, and helping translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps.

Working closely with Senior Designers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts, you’ll help tackle both standard and exceptional user scenarios, propose creative ideas, and deliver design assets that enhance the overall user experience. Your work will support how customers and internal teams interact with our products, ensuring clarity, consistency, and a positive user experience at every touchpoint.

What you'll be doing:
• Design System Support: Assist in maintaining and contributing to the existing design system to support internal teams’ design workflows.
• Alternative Flow Creation: Support the creation of alternative user flows or exceptional cases based on happy paths provided by the Product Owner.
• Requirements Translation: Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into simple flowcharts, wireframes, or basic prototypes.
• Customer Journey Mapping: Assist in analyzing and mapping customer journeys and site maps to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborative Support: Work closely with internal teams on user research, journey mapping, and basic experience design tasks.
• Creative Asset Development: Create low-fidelity assets (e.g., storyboards, simple wireframes, basic clickable prototypes in Figma) to communicate user flows and ideas clearly.
• Note: This position will report directly to the Senior UI/UX Designer, working under their close guidance to learn, grow, and gradually take on greater responsibilities in live projects.

What we're looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Interaction, UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 4 years up of experience in UX design, preferably with exposure to mobile apps or websites.
• Basic experience in designing for web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
• Able to gather user requirements, prepare simple design proposals, and support design delivery.
• Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• User-centric mindset with exposure to design research activities (e.g., user interviews, usability testing).
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese; basic Mandarin is a plus.
