As Farmio rapidly scales its footprint in Hong Kong, we are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Management Intern to join our core expansion team. Farmio provides digital solutions that help food supply chain stakeholders scale their businesses in a sustainable way. In this role, you will be at the heart of our Hong Kong operations, working directly with the founding team to bridge the gap between regional producers and the local F&B industry. This is a unique opportunity to gain 360-degree exposure to an supply chain startup’s growth journey.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Development: Conduct market research to identify high-potential B2B leads and support the team in onboarding new partners into the Farmio ecosystem.
Process Optimization: Help analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and suggest practical improvements to enhance supply chain transparency and reduce food waste.
Account Management: Act as a key point of contact for local clients, gathering feedback and ensuring our digital tools are solving their real-world supply chain pain points.
Policy Development & Governance: Assist the founding team in drafting and refining internal company policies and operational guidelines to ensure organizational efficiency as we scale in Hong Kong.
Proactive & Hands-on: You are a "doer" who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable moving between office strategy and on-the-ground execution.
Problem Solver: You stay calm under pressure and can think on your feet when logistics or fulfillment challenges arise.
Detail-Oriented: You are organized and meticulous when handling order data, client requirements, and operational schedules.
