Job Title: Head of Global Business Development (Europe & LATAM)

Job Description:
• Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the company’s expansion into European and Latin American (LATAM) markets, focusing on the integration of international B2B trade networks.
• Cross-Border Operations: Orchestrate complex supply chain cycles from our Hong Kong hub, managing the flow of goods and financial settlements between Mainland China and target global markets.
• Regional Management: Oversee the establishment of distribution channels and ensure compliance with regional commercial laws within the EU and South America (with an emphasis on Brazil).
• Business Intelligence: Navigate evolving market trends to optimize procurement strategies and enhance the company's competitive edge in the global marketplace.
Requirements (Business Necessity):
• Experience: Extensive executive-level experience in international trade, with a proven track record of scaling businesses in both European and Latin American regions.
• Language Proficiency:
• Mandarin: Professional fluency is essential to effectively audit and manage supply chain partners and manufacturing facilities in Mainland China.
• English: High-level professional proficiency for global corporate communications.
• Portuguese or Spanish: Professional fluency in either Portuguese or Spanish is required to lead high-stakes negotiations and review legal/commercial documents in the target markets.
• Specialized Knowledge: Deep expertise in international B2B logistics, import/export protocols, and trade finance.
• Global Mobility: Readiness to travel extensively (up to 50% of the time) between Europe, Latin America, Mainland China, and Hong Kong.
