Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of tokenomic models for our blockchain projects
• Collaborate with AI specialists to integrate machine learning algorithms into tokenomic systems
• Oversee the development and deployment of smart contracts related to token economics
• Conduct research on emerging trends in blockchain technology and tokenomics
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for blockchain and tokenomic systems
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of blockchain initiatives with overall business strategy
• Mentor junior blockchain developers and contribute to building a strong blockchain team

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cryptography, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in blockchain development, with a focus on tokenomics
• Strong understanding of various consensus mechanisms and blockchain architectures
• Proficiency in smart contract development (Solidity, Vyper, etc.)
• Experience with tokenomic modeling and implementation
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols and ecosystems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience integrating AI/ML with blockchain systems
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the blockchain space
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
• Experience with multiple blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Polkadot, Cardano, etc.
