About the Role:
Our Client seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive (Telesales) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. The candidate should demonstrate a proven track record in sales achievements and possess exceptional skills in handling customer objections and closing deals.

Job Responsible :
Identify potential company customers warm call & visit meeting on existing company customers (B2B Service).

Sell innovative financing solutions to existing company customers by understanding their business needs and presenting value-driven financing options. (Focus on Logistics / Forwarder Industry)

Stay updated with in-depth knowledge of other competitive financing products available in the market to better position the company’s offerings.

Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies to improve sales performance.

Understand customer needs and effectively address objections to build trust and secure sales.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Build up long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Job Requirements:
High Diploma or above

3 - 5 years+ Stable B2B Sales Executive / Telesales / Telemarketer / Customer Service working experience (Have Financial / Financing Solutions Concept is an advantage)

Mastery in handling customer objections using seasoned sales tactics, such as consultative selling, value-based selling, and proactive listening to turn objections into opportunities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills tailored to complex, solution-based selling.

Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in Cantonese and English is required; Good in Mandarin is an advantage.

Short Notice or Immediate is highly preferred.

Other & Benefits :
5 Days work per week (09:00 - 17:30)

Basic salary (20K - 22K) + Monthly Target incentive commission AVG $35 - 55K+ per month

我們的客戶是香港其中一間傳統集團的子公司,主要業務是每天香港及國內港口營運生意,現在與科技公司合作,結合每天港口運用出入的大數據,分析後為 物流/船公司/運輸行業 的同行提供比傳統銀行更度身訂造的金融/融資服務,正在招聘的電話銷售員主要是主動向現有客戶介紹相關服務從而識別商機.

職務:
負責前期電話銷售(Warm Calls)及拜訪客戶,提供產品資訊,解答疑問,並促成面談或後續跟進。

透過大數據的分析結果了解客戶的業務需求,並提供制度訂造及推銷融資解決方案。(重點關注: 物流/貨運代理行業)

進行市場研究,分析市場趨勢,識別新的商機,並制定相應的銷售策略。

與跨部門團隊合作,包括市場部和產品開發部,確保銷售策略與公司整體目標一致。

達成銷售目標 KPI (包括: 每月、每季和每年的銷售額和客戶數量)。

與客戶的談判,確保交易條件符合公司利益。

定期提交銷售報告,分析銷售數據,提出改進建議。

入職要求:
持有高級文憑或以上。

3 - 5 年以上穩定的 B2B 電話銷售 / B2B 銷售員 / 客戶服務 的工作經驗 (如過往經驗在金融行業,亦有提供金融/融資服務或產品優先考慮) 。 *每份工作幾個月或沒有穩定工作背景客戶暫時不考慮

擁有卓越的電話銷售經驗,能夠有效吸引潛在客戶,建立良好關係。

具備優秀的溝通、談判和說服技巧,能夠應對複雜的銷售挑戰。

擁有識別客戶需求並推薦合適融資方案的經驗為優先考慮。

流利的廣東話 / 良好的英語及國語 。

能獨立工作,也能與團隊合作。

短期或可立即上班為佳。

底薪 (20K - 22K) + 每月目標佣金 平均 35K - 55K+
