Hiring: Business Development Manager & Chairman Assistant (Exhibition & Conference / MICE Industry)
Location: Wan Chai, Hong Kong
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities
• Business Development – Identify and develop new business opportunities within the exhibition and conference industry. Leverage industry knowledge and networks to uncover potential clients and strategic partners.
• Outreach & Prospecting – Conduct proactive outreach and lead generation. Prepare persuasive proposals and deliver impactful presentations.
• Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain long‑term client relationships. Act as a trusted advisor to ensure outstanding service delivery.
• Target Achievement – Drive sales performance and consistently achieve assigned targets. Demonstrate strong commitment to company growth and revenue expansion.
• Executive Support to Chairman – Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support. Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle internal and external business engagements.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in corporate sales or MICE-related roles.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Strong contract negotiation and business coordination skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and target‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• 精通英語、普通話及粵語(書寫及口語)
• 熟悉合約談判及商務溝通
• 積極進取、自律及目標導向
• 能於快節奏環境下同時處理多項工作
