About the job
• Lead the Customer Services Team to provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Monitor and coach the teammates to provide proper response to handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional manner
• Drive the team to deliver excellent service in consulting solutions and improve customers’ satisfactory level through web chat, e-mail and telephone contacts
• Propose resolutions to customer complaints in line with the overall business mission & strategic goals in aim of optimizing the retention of existing customers
• Liaise with relevant internal parties to enhance the efficiency of sales operation
• Support daily operations and ad hoc duties as required
About the people
• Degree holder in Business Administration or Marketing disciplines
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant customer service experience is required; experience in the retail industry is highly preferred
• Customer oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Mature, well organized and a good team player
• Good numerical sense with analytical thinking
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel with Excellent typing speed
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, fluent in Mandarin is preferred
• Immediately available is preferred
