IT Infrastructure & Cloud Support Manager

About the Role

We are partnering with a renowned financial services firm in Hong Kong to hire an IT Infrastructure & Cloud Support Manager. This hands-on leadership role ensures the stability and security of IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer Microsoft Azure (Azure Virtual Desktop, Entra ID, Intune, Blob Storage, Disaster Recovery)
• Manage hybrid cloud sync and data backups
• Maintain Cisco CUCM, Wi-Fi, routing, switching, and SFTP transfers (IPSwitch)
• Support Windows Server and server room infrastructure
• Lead deskside and backend support teams, troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist with cybersecurity initiatives —pen testing, vulnerability assessments, and security tools (Darktrace, SentinelOne, FortiGate, Palo Alto, Nessus, KnowBe4)

Requirements
• Degree in IT or related field
• At least 5 years of IT infrastructure and cloud support experience, ideally in financial services
• Python proficiency required
• Experience with Bloomberg or SFC Type 1, 4, 9 regulated activities is a plus
• Microsoft Azure certification required
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM required
• ITIL, CompTIA Cloud+, Server+, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Security+, or CISSP are advantageous
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
