The company is a digital asset quantitative hedge fund headquartered in Hong Kong
Responsibilities
• Expand and build connections with potential HNW clients and institutional investors in Europe, the US, Japan, and Korea, identifying and qualifying potential investors;
• Establish relationships with clients or institutions that already hold digital assets;
• Develop and expand potential clients or institutions interested in digital asset investments, exploring cooperation opportunities;
• Follow up on client resources, drive conversion, and build long‑term partnerships;
• Promote the company's fund products and support the fundraising and client servicing process end‑to‑end.
Requirements
• You should have strong English skills, able to use English as a working language and confidently engage with clients and institutions in Europe and other English‑speaking countries. At the same time, we expect you to have one of the following experiences:
• BD experience with European/North American institutions, HNW clients, or overseas funds, with an intention to transition into digital asset asset management.
• 1‑3 years of BD experience in the digital asset industry (e.g., exchanges, asset management firms, DeFi projects, etc.);
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
• The ability to independently drive business in a fast‑paced international environment;
• Strong learning ability, self‑motivation, and goal orientation.
Having existing client resources or networks will be considered a strong plus.
