What you'll be doing...…
Manage and oversee production timelines to guarantee timely and precise delivery

Collaborate with cross-departmental teams, manufacturing plants, suppliers, and international clients

Monitor factory efficiency and optimize production capacity and inventory management

Travel to factories in China and abroad for in-person schedule monitoring

Supervise the entire merchandising process from product development to shipping

Address bottlenecks, reduce lead times, and enhance operational efficiency

Ensure adherence to factory, quality assurance, and client requirements

Oversee plant expenses, budget management, and performance evaluation

What we're looking for....

A minimum of F.5 or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector

Detail-oriented and organized, capable of functioning under tight deadlines

Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities to engage with clients and factories

Strong analytical capabilities to analyze data and extract significant insights

Skilled in Microsoft Excel, including the use of Pivot Tables and Vlookup.

Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
