Job Description:
Oversee and manage network operations, including multi-cloud, data center, campus, and wireless networks, as well as data and voice communication systems.
Implement network changes, conduct root cause analysis, and produce incident reports.
Proactively monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain operational KPIs.
Develop and maintain network infrastructure documentation, procedures, and policies.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and service level agreements.
Coordinate with internal and external parties for network changes and incident resolution.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2-6 years of experience in network environments, particularly in cloud or data center networks.
Proficient in WAN, LAN, multi-cloud networking, Wi-Fi, and VOIP technologies.
Familiarity with AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute, and Equinix Fabric.
Skilled in SD-WAN and Cisco networking solutions.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or relevant cloud certifications is an advantage
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and network documentation.
Ability to work flexible hours for support and project tasks.
