Senior IT Systems Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an IT Systems & Network Support Engineer to join our team at Equity Financial Press. We are looking for a hands-on IT professional to support and maintain our internal systems and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT technical support to internal users

• Monitor and maintain servers, network equipment, and security systems

• Support Windows and macOS workstations, Microsoft Office and email systems

• Assist in administration of Windows servers and network infrastructure (switches, firewall, VPN)

• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues

• Maintain IT inventory records for hardware and software assets

• Assist with system documentation and routine maintenance

• Liaise with vendors and external IT service providers when required

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline

• Around 3 years or above experience in IT support / system administration

• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and basic networking

• Familiar with Windows desktop, macOS and Microsoft Office

• Experience with Linux or web technologies (PHP / LAMP) is an advantage

• Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
