Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the audit analytics roadmap and plan, monitoring progress and achievements
• Collaborate with internal auditors to define audit analytics requirements
• Coordinate with business units and the Information Technology Division to access relevant data for audit analytics purposes
• Collaborate with other data analysts to create audit analytics tools and dashboards using auditing rules and machine learning capabilities
• Assist in maintaining and updating audit analytics tools and dashboards
• Establish and maintain audit analytics methodology and procedures to manage the audit analytics lifecycle
• Engage with key stakeholders, including line/senior management, external auditors, and regulators
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT/financial industry
• Proficient in data analytics, including data preparation, interpretation, model development, and testing
• Strong proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages such as Python, SQL, and data visualization tools like PowerBI/QlikView
• Hand-on experience in Machine Learning is preferred
• ECF-AML qualifications would be advantageous
• Knowledge of audit methodology, risk management, and/or the financial industry is a plus
• Fluency in both Chinese and English (oral & written)
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills
• High integrity, drive, and ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to multitask and strong time management skills
• Collaborative with a growth mindset
