Job Description
Assist in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web/mobile applications.
Conduct user research to understand user needs, goals, and pain points, and translate them into effective design solutions.
Assist in wireframing, prototyping, and creating mockups to visually communicate design ideas.
Support in conducting usability tests and gathering user feedback for iterative design improvements.
Skills
Currently pursuing a degree in Design or a related field.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail.
Ability to think critically and solve complex user experience challenges.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
A portfolio showcasing previous design projects or mockups is a plus.
Proactive and independent worker with the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Good computer skills including MS Office, Google Workspace.
Highly organized with good time management skills.
Ability to bring own laptop for the internship.
Strong interest in social issues related to the aging population and caregiving.
Passion for community service and making a positive social impact.
