The Opportunity:
First Page Digital is looking for a consultative and confident digital sales strategist who loves to provide strategic direction and solutions to their clients - regardless of big or small. We're looking for someone who self-driven and who loves to work with a very unique collaborative sales division.
Job Description:
• You will be undergoing in-depth digital marketing training across a multitude of different channels, but are expected to do reading & studying in your own time to become an effective digital marketing strategist.
• You will be sourcing and reaching out to prospects, understanding their pain points and ambitions and setting up meetings through zoom or in-person to present strategies.
• Leads will be provided from our internal marketing efforts, but you're also expected to source new clients through outreach.
• Across larger cases, you will collaborate with both senior members of the digital strategist team and various technical team leads to present client solutions.
• You will also be doing your own outreach and pipeline building on a daily basis (LinkedIn outreach, through partnerships, referral partners etc.).
• We do not set any limitations in regards to industries or geographies that you can reach out to.
• When you have succeeded in putting together a convincing strategy & pitch, you will be responsible for maintaining the relationship of the client, answering questions and ultimately driving the client to collaborating with us.
• You are expected to consult the client in ways that cater to their best interest (Always)
• You will be transitioning an active case internally, briefing all relevant team members and be part of the onboarding experience of the client.
• You will need to meet a monthly revenue & cash target.
• You will be given the opportunity to host as many webinars/ seminars as you please once your digital marketing knowledge enables you to speak confidently on topics.
• Your current experience will dictate what sort of clients you get to work on.
What We Need:
• Minimum of 4-5+ years relevant complex consultative sales experience.
• Extensive network of existing contacts to convert to clients
• Previous experience in agencies is also an advantage.
• Knowledge in digital marketing – knowing SEO, Google Ads & Meta Ads is advantageous.
• Can put together convincing proposals.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
• Experience in presenting to both middle management & C-level suit clients.
• You are exceptionally detail orientated and can manage time lines effectively.
• Have strong & accurate forecasting abilities when it comes to your pipeline.
• Are a self-starter that can immediately hit the ground running.
• A 'Can Do' attitude
