Job Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development of the EAM platform, define full-process user requirements, and drive the timely and compliant launch of the product.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, work with technical, compliance, marketing and other teams to ensure smooth system integration and marketing promotion.
Develop and implement customer growth strategies to achieve core indicators including customer scale, transaction volume, AUM and revenue.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis, optimize product functions and user experience, and maintain relationships with stakeholders and regulators.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Management or related fields. At least 3 years of relevant working experience in wealth management, securities or banking. In-depth knowledge of EAM domain, clearing and settlement processes and relevant regulatory requirements.
Hands-on experience in launching fintech digital platforms. Excellent data analysis, cross-departmental communication and problem-solving skills. Growth-oriented mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
