Job Responsibilities
• As an AI model researcher, you will deeply explore the field of artificial intelligence and focus on the research and development of AI large - scale models. You are required to closely follow the latest research achievements in the AI field, actively explore cutting - edge directions such as self - supervised learning, reinforcement learning, and multi - modal fusion, and at the same time participate in academic exchanges and technology sharing activities to enhance the technical influence of the team.

Job Requirements
• Possess a bachelor's degree or above in computer science, artificial intelligence, mathematics, statistics or related fields.
• Be familiar with the basic theories and algorithms in the fields of deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, etc.
• Have R & D experience in large - scale pre - trained models (such as GPT, BERT, Transformer, etc.).
• Be familiar with distributed training frameworks (such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Horovod, etc.) and have performance optimization experience.
• Those who are familiar with model compression techniques (such as pruning, quantization, distillation, etc.) are preferred.
• Those with multi - modal large - model R & D experience are preferred.
• Master any one of the programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, C, GO proficiently, and have good coding styles and engineering capabilities.
• Be familiar with the Linux development environment and have experience in large - scale data processing and distributed system development.
