Responsibilities
Assist senior management in the full range of business development activities, including the coordination of visits by mainland business partners, requirement of analysis, research proposal preparation and solution presentation;
Maintain a long-term and sustainable relationship with key partners in Chinese Mainland;
Serve as the primary liaison for assigned projects: communicate regularly with stakeholders, track progress, collect and review deliverables, and provide internal updates.
Provide administrative and logistical support for partner-related activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree holder or above, preferably in ‘Information Technology’ or ‘Engineering’ related disciplines;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in managerial position in business development, business liaison, customer relationship management, or project coordination. Experience in partner coordination or project management in the mainland market is strongly preferred;
Possess excellent Mandarin communication skills, be meticulous and well-organized. Excel in document processing and multitasking management; Proficiency in basic Cantonese and English is essential for effective communication;
Sales-driven, presentable, self-motivated and strong communication skills;
Work independently with strong sense of team spirit, skillful in MS Office.
