Workday HCM Consultant

We are presently seeking <\/span>Workday Consultants for
HCM in Hong Kong location.<\/span><\/span>

About the Role<\/span><\/b>
<\/div>
• 2 -4 years of Workday HCM
experience.<\/span>
<\/li>
• Active Workday
certification is a plus.<\/span>
<\/li>
• Expertise in Recruitment,
Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, Learning, Compensation, Advance
Compensation & Benefits.<\/span>
<\/li>
• Candidates must possess
hands -on experience in at least two or more modules.<\/span>
<\/li>
• Must have worked on one end -to -end
implementation and support workday projects with hands -on experience in
the deployment process.<\/span>
<\/li>
• Collaborate with the
Client's Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather
requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into
effective Workday configurations and solutions.<\/span>
<\/li>
• Utilize consulting
abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to
seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business
ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client's expected business
result.<\/span>
<\/li>
• Optimize and maintain the
Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance
with regulatory standards.<\/span>
<\/li>
• Conduct health checks for
clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap
for Workday optimization.<\/span>
<\/li>
• Strong presentation,
communication, listening, and consultative skills to guide and drive
discussions.<\/span>
<\/li>
• Staying up to date of the
latest Workday releases and updates, best practices, and industry trends
to provide the most effective solutions to clients.<\/span>
<\/li>
• Strong analytical skills
with a good understanding and working knowledge of Global HR operations.<\/span>
<\/li>
• Demonstrated
communication skills in a customer facing environment.<\/span>
<\/li>
• Fluent in English and
Chinese.<\/span>
