Responsibilities
Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy, aligned with overall marketing innovation objectives, company visions and business goals.
Understand user pain points, drive the digital engagement strategies, and make plans for continuous improvement and enhancement.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute digital marketing initiatives and campaigns effectively.
Oversee the development and maintenance of the digital platform, ensuring it is optimized for user experience, search engines, and mobile responsiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, B2B sales.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship management (CRM) and Sales Analytics tools.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
