Our client is a global leader in decorative surfacing with a long history of delivering high-quality, innovative products for commercial and residential projects. They are now looking for a Sales Manager to expand their business.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead specification efforts and drive sales growth for architectural surfacing products in the region.
The successful candidate will build and maintain customer relationships, lead a specification team, and develop strategies to secure product specifications and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Present architectural and interior designs solutions to the potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Lead, coach and motivate the Sales team to ensure high performance, accountability and continuous improvement.
Identify new market opportunities, monitor industry trends and recommend growth strategies.
Work closely with internal teams to coordinate proposals for targeted clients.
Requirements
Degree holder or equivalent adcademic experiences.
Minimum 5-8 years’ sales experience in the building materials industry is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
Proactive, results-driven, and confident with an outgoing personality.
