Nnenu is a data-tech startup dedicated to developing a universal computer format that digitizes objects across the world. We are pioneering a 360-degree nested data architecture to structure fragmented object data through our community-based collaborative platform. Our mission is to establish a new standard unit for sharing object information, serving as a foundational format similar to how ".jpg" functions for images or ".mp3" for audio.
Nnenu has been admitted to Cyberport incubation and HK Tech 300 program. We are currently exploring how to grow our collaborative platform virally in Hong Kong and expand into other Asian markets.

Job Descriptions:
General Responsibilities
• Contribute innovative ideas to shape the team’s development direction and drive project success
• Participate in technical system design and the full development lifecycle, from prototyping to deployment
• Collaborate cross-functionally across different business functions (design, product, and engineering) to deliver scalable and user-centric solutions
Frontend Development (React, React Native, Expo)
• Platform Implementation - Develop the Nnenu platform web/hybrid mobile app interface using React/React Native, Expo
• Work across UX/UI design and backend engineering to deliver intuitive, seamless user experiences
• Analyze, refactor and improve existing codebases, implement new features
• Investigate and fix bugs based on real-world user feedback and analytics
OR
Backend & DevOps Development
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure (preferably on AWS) to ensure high reliability and scalability
• Build and integrate Node.js/TypeScript APIs and microservices within a hybrid cloud architecture
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable smooth and automated deployments
• Monitor application performance and optimize backend operations for scale
What we’re looking for - Strong core expertise in at least one of the following areas:
• Frontend Development: JavaScript React/React Native, Expo, TypeScript
• Backend Development: Node.js, TypeScript
• DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure: AWS, CI/CD, cloud provisioning tools

Job Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines is preferred, but NOT A MUST
• JavaScript (React Native, React.js, Expo), TypeScript
• Familiar with Git and Github, EAS
• A simple portfolio (school projects are fine) of created apps to showcase your interest in software development is preferred
• Familiar with social media technologies
• Good problem-solving skills, self-proactive learning
• Passionate about multicultural trends is a plus
