Role Description
• UI/UX Refinement: Execute design improvements that enhance usability, accessibility, and visual appeal of our core software products.
• Design System Governance: Maintain and expand our Figma design library, ensuring all new components align with existing brand consistency.
• Prototyping: Build interactive, high-fidelity prototypes in Figma to communicate complex user journeys to stakeholders and the development team.
• Collaboration: Work daily with Product Managers and Engineers via Jira and Slack to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately.

Documentation: Ensure all design files are well-organized
Qualifications
• Figma Proficiency: Good working knowledge of Figma.You should be comfortable using components, styles, and prototyping.
• Insurtech/B2B Experience: Designing for B2B enterprise software; specific experience in Insurtech or the Insurance sector is highly preferred.
Project Details
• Location: On-site at our office in APM, Kwun Tong.
• Tools: Figma, Jira.
