Unity Developer

We are looking for a talented and creative Unity Developer to work at the highest level of virtual and augmented reality. You will be responsible for implementing interactive course content, translating design ideas, concepts, and requirements into a functional and engaging learning game. Our ideal candidate will have 3-4 years experience in Unity Development technologies, strong programming and coding skills, a keen eye for detail, and the analytical skills to identify potential issues with a design plan. This role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, a pro-active attitude and a good team ethic to unify a common vision.
• Must be local and available to work full-time, on-site.
• Good understanding of the Unity SDK including C# scripting, multiplayer, GUI, plugin development, 3rd party SDKs, asset store, and deployment on various platforms.
• Transform design specification into functional game assets
• Quickly create and iterate on prototypes showcasing new designs and interaction patterns
• Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and games
• Identify process and application bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Take ownership of entire features and components of the game/course lifecycle and lead the product design and code elements
• Collaborate with team members to deliver large and complex features on time and to a high standard
• Be part of the development process and contribute improvements and suggestions, driving the quality of the code throughout the entire production cycle
• Ensure schedules and goals meet business and project needs
• Bring meaningful contributions to our product and the entire team

Requirements
• 3-4 years of experience with Unity 3D/Content Development
• 2-3 years of professional software development experience
• Diploma or Higher-diploma in Computer Science or related
• Proven track record of application development using Unity using C#
• Must be proactive, self-directed and organized
• Understanding UX design process and experience is a plus!
