Job Description: Design, develop, test and optimize high-performance C++ applications for real-time trading systems Collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers to implement and refine trading algorithms Ensure system reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance under extreme market conditions Work closely with traders to provide front desk support and troubleshoot system issues Engage with the team during system design discussions, code reviews and trading idea brainstorms Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance or similar from a well-recognized university 5 years of relevant experience Good programming skills with at-least 3 years’ experience in C++ development (C++17/20) Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and systems programming Experience with Python or scripting languages for tooling and automation Experience in database and SQL Familiar with financial markets, market data feeds, or exchange protocols Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, efficient code Strong communication skills in English and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment About Us Huatai International Financial Holdings Company Limited (“Huatai International” or “the Company”), is the only overseas wholly-owned or controlled subsidiary of Huatai Securities.
