Responsibilities:
Lead data science initiatives to develop and implement data-driven solutions
Utilize advanced analytics technologies to provide insights to the organization
Provide technical and leadership skills to drive innovation and collaboration
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends
Create and manage data science strategies
Manage and mentor data science team members
Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop appropriate solutions
Develop and implement data analytic processes to measure and optimize performance
Monitor and analyze results to identify areas for improvement
Identify and implement best practices for data analytics and data science.
