About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist / Growth Marketing Manager for FormX.ai, you will play a key role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through creative and data-driven strategies. You will identify and execute high-impact growth opportunities across digital channels, using your marketing expertise, analytical mindset, and passion for experimentation to deliver measurable results.
The ideal candidate would have a proven track record of achieving rapid growth for SaaS products. Success in this role will be measured by Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) KPIs.
Responsibilities
Drive Exponential Growth leading to visible business results: via Content Marketing, SEO, social media, PR, or other growth hack strategies.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze user data, campaign performance, and market trends to identify growth levers and optimize marketing efforts.
Product Marketing: Develop a strong product positioning and go-to-market strategies that resonate with our target audiences.
Experimentation and Testing: Conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to validate hypotheses and improve key metrics such as conversion rates and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand our reach and acquire new users.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in growth hacking and digital marketing.
What we are looking for in you
Background in B2B SaaS Marketing, Computer Science, or a related fields.
1+ years of experience in a growth hacking, digital marketing, or related role, preferably in fast growing SaaS startups.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
Familiar with AI automation tools such as n8n and vibe-coding software.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent written English;
Not required, but a big plus if you have:
Experience in growing traffic for products which target software / IT decision-makers such as CIOs, IT Managers, Product Managers, Developers, etc.;
Fluency in Cantonese.
