Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager - HK Interior Fit-outs

Job duties

Manage overall project execution and budget control

Coordinate consultants and vendors for timely and cost-effective execution

Provide supplementary drawings and specifications to facilitate construction

Develop new designs and source new products to improve user experience

Develop company standards for design and construction

Coordinate facility/property upgrades and maintenance
What we look for

A responsible and organized team player with:
Diploma / Degree holder in interior design / building studies or equivalent;

At least 5 years’ relevant experience in fit-out project management of offices, retails or residential;

Have good knowledge of technical skills in fitting-out;

Have ability to understand construction drawing;

Enable to solve on-site problems with strategy;

Good communication and site management skills;

Good PC knowledge of MS Office, Auto CAD;

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;

Immediate available is preferred;
