DevOps Engineer (Mid-Level)

We are seeking a highly motivated DevOps Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our growing Infrastructure team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between development and operations, focusing on scaling our cloud infrastructure, automating deployment workflows, and enhancing system reliability. You won't just be managing servers; you will be treating infrastructure as software to build a resilient, self-healing ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing?
• CI/CD Orchestration : Design, implement, and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) to ensure fast and reliable software delivery.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Architect and maintain scalable infrastructure using Terraform , Ansible, or Pulumi, ensuring environment parity across Dev, Staging, and Production.
• Kubernetes Management : Manage and scale containerized applications on Kubernetes (K8s) , including managing Helm charts, Ingress controllers, and cluster security.
• Cloud Architecture : Administer and optimize public cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) with a focus on high availability, networking (VPC, Peering, DNS), and IAM security.
• Observability & Reliability : Build and refine monitoring, logging, and tracing stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki, Datadog) to reduce MTTR (Mean Time To Recovery).
• Security Integration (DevSecOps) : Embed security checkpoints into the SDLC, including secret management (Vault), container scanning, and compliance audits.
• Performance & Cost Optimization : Monitor cloud consumption and performance metrics to implement FinOps strategies, reducing unnecessary cloud spend.
• Collaboration : Partner with developers to troubleshoot complex production issues and drive the adoption of DevOps best practices.

What We’re Looking For?
• 3-5 years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.
• Cloud Platforms: Strong proficiency in AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.
• Containerization: Deep understanding of Docker and hands-on experience managing production Kubernetesclusters.
• IaC Mastery: Proven experience using Terraform for managing multi-tier cloud architectures.
• Scripting/Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for building custom automation tools.
• Linux Systems: Strong command of Linux internals, networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/S), and system performance tuning.
• Version Control: Expert knowledge of Git (branching strategies, PR workflows).
