SAP SuccessFactors Lead

Position Summary

The SAP SuccessFactors Lead is part of the IT PMO leadership team that supports in delivering SAP SuccessFactors projects to support the company’s group wide HR digital transformation initiative. Managing a team, this role will be overseeing the team’s activities including project planning, prioritization, requirements definition, solution designs, issues management, status reporting and executive communications. Furthermore, this position will be accountable for establishing and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, including regular review and planning and reporting to ensure clear alignment between IT and HR department.

Main Responsibilities
• Overseeing end to end project management lifecycle for a portfolio of projects including but not limited to SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects. This includes development of project requirements, functional and technical specifications, project plans, implementation plans and regular reporting / stakeholder communications.
• Manage a team of PMO specialist on resource planning, work quality, deliverables and timelines.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME), provide resource and consulting support to relevant business projects, directing the applications functionality, integration needs and infrastructure and related technology components within agreed standards.
• Effectively consolidate strategic needs and desires from the business to identify and prioritize future initiatives.
• Prepares and presents full solutions overviews and project details, both functional and technical to business leaders.

Main Requirements
• A bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related study
• Minimum 15 years IT experience with solid knowledge and experience in IT project management, system development lifecycle, system design, requirement definition and team management
• Solid SAP SuccessFactors Experience / Technical skills, experienced in managing multiple SAP SuccessFactors Implementation projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• Fluency in English communication is a must, Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin) is advantage
