Systems Analyst

Experience in 1-tier ERP such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or other applications

Domain knowledge in Human Resources Management System (HRMS) is preferred

Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft development is valued

Experience working with consultant firms or vendors is beneficial

Strong technical background, including system design, technical design, and programming experience

Attention to detail, numerical proficiency, and analytical skills are essential

Project management and stakeholder management skills are advantageous
