UX Lead

Job Description
• Lead the UX Designer team, provide guidance and direction to other designers
• Own the user interface design and user experience of all products
• Create a design guideline for web layouts and mobile applications interface
• Develop creative concepts and ideas, direct the team to convert them into wireframes, workflow diagrams, screenflow diagrams, UI specification and visual design
• Work closely with Product Manager and stakeholders from other departments to understand the requirements of each project
• Maintain knowledge of design trends and assist with implementation of design innovations
Job Requirements
• Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Web, Multimedia and Graphic Design or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years relevant working experience in UX and UI design for websites and/or mobile applications
• Proficiency in graphic and interactive design tools such as Sketch, Invision, Axure, Zeplin, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Knowledge in website or mobile application development
• Knowledge in data-driven interface design
• Strong experience in responsive, mobile and app design
• Creative and strong design sense
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Willing to learn new trends and technology
• Work well under pressure and able to complete the tasks in timely manner
