Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and technically savvy Technical Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by selling our EV charging and carpark system solutions to B2B clients. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong sales acumen to identify opportunities, consult with clients on complex requirements, deliver compelling technical presentations, propose customized solutions, and close high-value deals. You will play a key role in expanding our market share in the rapidly growing EV and smart parking sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for EV charging stations, smart charging software, and integrated carpark management systems.
Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities with property developers, commercial real estate owners, hotel groups, shopping malls, corporate fleets, public carpark operators, and government/infrastructure projects.
Conduct technical consultations and needs assessments with clients to understand their EV charging infrastructure, parking operations, energy management, and integration requirements.
Prepare and deliver high-impact technical presentations, product demonstrations, site assessments, and customized proposals (including system design, load calculations, ROI analysis, and compliance with local standards).
Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and technical support teams to design tailored solutions that integrate EV chargers with carpark systems (e.g., parking guidance, dynamic pricing, access control, and energy optimization).
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → solution design → negotiation → contract closing → hand-over to project implementation.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders (e.g., property management firms, utilities, EV manufacturers).
Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulations (e.g., Hong Kong EV incentives, electrical codes, OCPP standards), competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in EV charging and smart parking.
Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting using CRM tools.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related technical field (Master's preferred).
At least 5 years of experience in technical sales or pre-sales, ideally in EV charging infrastructure, renewable energy, electrical equipment, smart building systems, parking management solutions, or related B2B sectors.
Strong technical knowledge of EV charging technologies (AC/DC fast charging, OCPP protocols, load management) and/or carpark systems (parking guidance, payment integration, IoT sensors).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a consultative, solution-selling environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus); able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Willingness to travel within Hong Kong and occasionally regionally for client meetings and site visits.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to property developers, facility managers, or government entities in Hong Kong/Asia.
Familiarity with Hong Kong electrical regulations, building codes, and EV-related subsidies/incentives.
Knowledge of integrated solutions (e.g., combining EV charging with smart parking, energy storage, or solar).
Existing network in real estate, automotive, or energy sectors.
