QA Engineer (LINUX, over $35K)

Job Description:
• Support Security Information Event and Management (SIEM) system, tasks include answering user enquiries, conducting log review and account reviews, supporting in patch management, server upgrade and server backup, and handling security alerts
• Assist in performing quality assurance review on IT system including document review and software testing plan review.
• Perform other activities as when required.

Requirement Details:
• Higher Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or related subjects
• 2 years experience in application development / software quality assurance.
• Experience in Linux system administration
• Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Understanding of software development life cycle and related documentation (e.g. requirement spec, test plan, rollout plan) is preferred.
• Experience in coordination with different parties.
• Able to complete the assigned tasks independently.
• Knowledge of server management.
