Overview

(Senior) Business Analyst (Digital / E banking)
• Act as digital platform and product owner to drive digital innovation & customer experience, and manage day-to-day digital business for the bank.
• Identify, plan and implement digital business opportunities with ultimate targets of digital acquisition, revenue and usage.
• Implement innovation and enhancement throughout the whole project development cycle as business user. Responsible for end-to-end project delivery such as business case & requirement preparation, idea clearance, risk & compliance clearance, UAT management, business deployment activities and post-launch promotion activities.
• Work closely with products owners for latest product development. Provide support to digital banking projects by coordinating with internal departments and external vendors as well as ensuring the compliance with relevant rules, regulations and ordinances
• Plan and execute marking programs for online products and services.
• Responsible for BAU activities such as incident handling, regulatory and MIS reporting.
Requirements
• Degree holder in Business Administration, Information System, E-Commerce or related discipline

Job Detail:

Key Responsibilities:
• Work Closely with Front (Front Office) to Back Office (Settlement, Accounting) department stakeholders, ITs and Vendors
• Understand SDLC and/or Product life cycle of FX/Precious Metal
• Collect and Document user requirements, prepare for UAT test cases and plan
• Conduct Data and Issues Analysis and/Or Account Posting Analysis for FX, MM, Precious Metal
• Manage and Coordinate projects

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Accounting or Finance
• 2 - 5Yr+ IT/Business Analyst experience, preferably in Banking industry.
• Experiences and good understanding on treasury products especially in FX/MM on Accounting
• Hands-on experience to write SQL
• Self-motivated, possess analytical-mind and creative / excellent problem solving skill.
• Excellent communication skill with strong Chinese report writing skill
• Deadline-sensitive and ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
• – Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Business Analyst
• – Less experience will also considered
