Your key responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Portfolio project management or Oracle Finance/Procurement modules and will be responsible for providing expert functional support and guidance to our clients.

The Oracle Functional Consultant is responsible for providing comprehensive functional support and expertise in Oracle Portfolio project management or Oracle Finance/Procurement modules. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure and customize Oracle solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of the software. The consultant will also be responsible for ongoing support, training, and optimization of the Oracle systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Requirements Management: Elicit, document, and translate Smartstream functional requirements for Oracle Fusion integration, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory needs.
• Process Mapping & Impact Analysis: Assess current Smartstream workflows and data processing logic; identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities arising from Oracle Fusion migration.
• Interface Oversight: Collaborate with technical teams to design, validate, and test Smartstream-Oracle Fusion interfaces, ensuring data integrity and operational reliability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary functional SME, facilitating workshops and presenting findings to business leaders, IT teams, and Big4 PMO partners.
• Testing & Validation: Develop test scenarios, coordinate UAT, and ensure Smartstream components meet business and technical acceptance criteria.
• Training & Adoption: Develop training materials and deliver knowledge transfer to business users; drive solution adoption and post-go-live hypercare support.
• Regional Scalability: Capture lessons learned and best practices to support potential Thailand and Indonesia rollouts.

You know that you can do the job if you have…
• Functional Smartstream Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in Smartstream solution implementation or ongoing support within financial services (mandatory).
• Experience: 8–12 years of total professional experience, with significant Business Analyst exposure across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Analytical Rigor: Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to navigate complex financial data and process dependencies.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Mindset: Proactive, independent, and results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes program environment.
