Responsibilities
Run requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders
Write and maintain clear user stories + detailed acceptance criteria
Participate fully in Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement
Help the Product Owner keep the backlog healthy and prioritized
Create simple process flows, wireframes or data diagrams when needed
Bridge communication between business users and development/QA teams
Support UAT preparation and execution
Requirements
2–5 years of hands‑on Business Analyst experience
Real experience working in Scrum teams (you’ve attended multiple sprints and taken part in ceremonies)
Confident writing user stories and acceptance criteria that developers and testers can actually use
Regular user of Jira + Confluence (or very similar tools like Azure DevOps)
Good at analyzing business processes and spotting gaps/improvements
Clear written and spoken English; able to explain complex ideas simply
