Relationship Manager - Insurance

Responsibilities
• Perform insurance sales activities including but not limited to knowing your clients, product matching and selling, after sales services, renewal and claims follow-up for new business and retain existing insurance clients for the bank as well;
• Work with Banking RMs to explore and develop business opportunities of bank clients for achieving bank assigned KPIs;
• Process the full insurance applications and ensure a smooth client digital journey;
• Handle client enquiries and deliver customer services by meeting with the predetermined service standards; and
• Follow policies and procedures to maintain compliance in rules and regulations of all activities in bank

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Preferably a Degree Holder in Business or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in insurance sales to corporate/individual customers;
• Possess relevant qualifications for insurance licence registration;
• Possess strong drive to success and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment;
• With positive working attitude, energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented;
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and
• Fluency in Putonghua is a plus
