NPI Project Manager

Calling for an experienced NPI Project Manager to drive new product industrialisation from concept to mass production to join a global leading Consumer Electronics brand, known for high‑performance products with exceptional engineering standards.

Description
• Lead NPI/Industrialisation activities and support the PMO
• Drive cross‑functional teams & suppliers to deliver DFx, validation, PPAP, engineering builds and documentation
• Conduct DFM/DFA analysis using SolidWorks and prototypes
• Resolve technical issues with HQ and China partners
• Approve tooling, parts, and production lines for launch readiness
• Lead root‑cause analysis using advanced problem‑solving tools (DOE, RCA)
• Report NPI status per internal procedures
• Travel 2-3 days/week to Mainland China

Profile
• 15+ years' experience in consumer electronics
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
• Strong 3D CAD expertise (SolidWorks ideal)
• Deep knowledge of prototyping + manufacturing processes
• Skilled in DFMEA, PFMEA, DOE, and structured problem solving
• Strong communicator; self‑driven and adaptable
• Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Electronics knowledge a bonus
