Junior IT Generalist (Fresh Graduate Welcome)
Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect systems and data
Respond to security incidents and manage emergency procedures
Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans
Ensure compliance with corporate security policies and regulations
Policy & Compliance
Develop and enforce IT policies, guidelines, and controls
Align with headquarters' strategic requirements
Infrastructure & Operations
Plan and maintain IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networks
Oversee helpdesk and technical support services
Liaise with vendors for IT solutions, equipment, and system development
Manage vendor performance and project implementation
Assess technology needs and provide recommendations to Management
Assist with IT strategy, budget, and project action plans
Additional
Perform other duties as assigned; overtime may be required during emergencies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in IT security or infrastructure management
Professional cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent) are highly preferred
