Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for system administration and data transformation.
Maintain system security and ensure proper user access levels to all IT functionalities.
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals and best practices for end users.
Respond promptly to user and management requests, meeting all SLAs.
Provide internal and external support for system setup and troubleshooting.
Analyse application issues and recommend practical solutions to improve system performance.
Lead evaluation, testing, and implementation of new modules and software upgrades.
Interface with software vendors for bug resolution and maintenance.
Participate in routine IT operations meetings and proactively anticipate issues.
Handle ad hoc duties as required.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience in system administration with strong change management capabilities.
Expertise in AIOps and system migration processes.
Ability to work in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
Strong communication skills and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Working knowledge of databases, SQL, MS Office, HTML, and ASP; familiarity with AI/ML tools (PyTorch, Hugging Face) is a plus.
Analytical skills for data extraction, reporting, and performance analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in vendor management and IT security administration.
Ability to lead system upgrade projects and ensure compliance with company policies.
Fresh Graduate or Less experience will be considered as an Assistant System Administrator.
