Systems Administrator (Linux, Jboss, Over 60K)

We engaged of sourcing IT Professionals to fulfil different business needs of our clients. Helping to pick the best candidates for the job. We aim to assist our clients to develop strategies and policies that enlarge the recruitment channels which enabling them to increase their service capabilities and focus on developing the core business.

Responsibilities:
• Provide system and database support for existing computer systems.
• Respond to hotline inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and recover systems during incidents.
• Perform maintenance support, including hardware and software upgrades.
• Record and track all incidents, problems, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Prepare statistics, reports, and system documentation.
• Assist in policy and procedure development through research and recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.​​​​​​

Requirement
• Higher diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years IT experience with strong expertise in server virtualisation Oracle RDBMS, Linux & JBoss
• Experience with system troubleshooting, incident recovery, and performance tuning.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Moderate proficiency in written English.
