As our Full Stack Engineer, you won't just be writing code; you’ll be building the infrastructure that empowers the next generation of founders.
The Mission
Your mission is to architect and scale the "brain" of our platform. You will be responsible for the back-end logic, data integrity, and AI integrations, ensuring that our ambitious product visions are supported by a rock-solid, scalable architecture. You will work in a high-speed environment where the distance between a concept and a live feature is minimal.
What You’ll Be Doing
Infrastructure & Scaling: Design and maintain a robust back-end capable of handling complex financial data and high-concurrency AI processing with total accuracy.
Seamless Integration: Collaborate closely with our Business Team and Front-End Developer. While they focus on the interface and user journey, you will ensure the underlying data models and APIs are flexible, fast, and secure.
AI Implementation: Partner with our Data Training Specialists to deploy and optimize models that automate traditional accounting workflows, making the "impossible" a standard feature.
End-to-End Ownership: Own features from database schema design to API deployment. You should be comfortable moving across the stack to ensure technical cohesion.
Security by Design: In the financial ecosystem, trust is our primary asset. You will implement rigorous security protocols and ensure data redundancy and performance.
Your Tech Toolkit
Must Have
Strong professional experience in one primary backend stack: Node.js (NestJS) or Python (FastAPI / Django), or PHP (Laravel)
Experience frontend framework: React.js or Next.js and TypeScript sufficient to contribute across the stack.
Solid understanding of API design, asynchronous systems, and backend architecture.
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
Experience using Redis for caching, queues, or rate limiting.
Experience with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and modern development practices.
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, accounting, billing, or ledger-based systems.
Experience with event-driven systems or job queues.
Experience integrating OpenAI API or other LLM providers.
Familiarity with LangChain or similar orchestration tools.
Startup or fast-paced product experience.
