E-Commerce Manager - Amazon / Shopify (Toy) 35K - 55K)

Requirements
Degree holder
5+ years in e-commerce / online sales management; ideally 3+ years building and scaling sales teams (please detail your team size growth, recruitment successes, and performance metrics in your application).
Experience in US e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, etc.) is a plus
Proven track record driving sales into the USA market, with strong hands-on knowledge of US export compliance (tariffs/taxes, CPSIA testing/CPCs, country-of-origin marking, customs clearance, cross-border shipping for toys/consumer goods).
Experience in toys industry or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG/consumer products) highly preferred.
Deep expertise with major US/global e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, etc.), plus PPC, SEO, analytics, and digital marketing tactics.
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, CRO, email marketing, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and data-driven decision making.
Proactive, independent, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; willing to travel regionally.
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and passion for e-commerce growth.
