We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Executive to support our business growth in Hong Kong. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, understanding customer needs, and promoting SaaS solutions to schools, learning centres, and training organisations.
The successful candidate will help identify potential customers, develop business opportunities, follow up leads, introduce our products, and support the sales process from initial contact to closing.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Hong Kong
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Follow up sales leads and support customer conversion
Introduce Artstep’s SaaS solutions to schools, learning centres, and training organisations
Understand customer needs and present suitable solutions accordingly
Conduct product presentations, meetings, and follow-up discussions
Support local market outreach and occasional client visits when needed
Coordinate with internal teams to share customer feedback and market insights
Maintain proper records of leads, opportunities, and follow-up progress
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial role
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with the education sector in Hong Kong is preferred; exposure to Southeast Asia is a plus
Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or B2B solution sales is a strong advantage
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Cantonese is required
Good command of written and spoken English
Mandarin should be sufficient for normal business communication
