We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to plan and execute our social media strategy, enhance brand visibility, and engage our audience effectively. This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for social media trends, reporting to the Growth Team Lead
Responsibilities
1.Social Media Strategy:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Analyze social media performance metrics, reporting on growth and engagement rates while identifying areas for improvement
2.Content Creation and Management:
• Oversee the brand's day-to-day presence on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, etc)
• Direct visual content creation and develop engaging social copy that keeps profiles active and relevant
• Manage a content calendar to ensure timely posting aligned with current trends and events
3.Social Influencer Collaboration:
• Identify and reach out to social influencers that align with our target audience and brand values
• Coordinate with external agencies for influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met and performance is tracked
4.Reporting and Competitors Analysis:
• Stay updated on industry trends and social listening, and analyze competitor activities to keep the brand ahead of the curve
• Prepare monthly review reports on social media performance, audience growth, campaign effectiveness
5.Collaboration with Cross Teams:
• Collaborate closely with branding, performance, and design teams to ensure campaign and messaging alignment
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• 5 – 8 years of experience in a related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Highly responsible with a self-motivated attitude; able to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus
• Immediate availability is preferred
