Join our client, a leading textile company with a collaborative and harmonious culture. We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and manage customer relationships in the knitted fabric industry. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage new potential customers to drive business growth.
• Develop and execute annual sales plans to support organizational strategy and objectives.
• Track sales budget performance and successfully achieve sales goals.
• Understand product and price ranges to identify suitable customers for orders.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs, requirements, and market trends in knitted fabric.
• Manage and oversee the operation and bulk order management processes.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, provide quotations, and negotiate prices effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Textile.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the textile industry, with a focus on knitted fabric.
• Strong selling skills and the ability to enhance the company's international profile.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and a customer service mindset.
• Ability to work under tight schedules and pressure.
• Proven ability to manage and supervise subordinates effectively and efficiently.
• Willingness to travel and work in PRC 2 to 3 days a week, with occasional overseas travel.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
